No. PrepExpress operates on a pay-as-you-go basis with no contracts, no minimum orders, and no monthly minimums. You can start and stop at any time.

How long does it take to set up my account?

Account setup takes 24 hours or less. Once your account is active, you can send your first shipment immediately.

Do I need to link my Amazon account to use PrepExpress?

We recommend linking your Amazon Seller Central account (read-only access) so we can access your FNSKU labels and create shipping plans on your behalf. It's optional but makes the process much smoother.

Can overseas sellers use PrepExpress?

Yes. Many of our clients are based in the US, Australia, Asia, and mainland Europe. You don't need to be UK-based to use our service. We handle everything at this end.

What prep services do you offer?

We offer FNSKU labelling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, bundling/kitting, sticker removal, expiry date labelling, pallet build and wrap, and shipping plan creation. We also offer full eCommerce order fulfilment and 3PL warehousing.

Can you handle products that require special prep (e.g., sold as sets, fragile items)?

Yes. We handle all Amazon prep categories including sets, bundles, fragile items requiring bubble wrap, adult products requiring opaque bags, and liquid items requiring sealed bags.

Do you create FBA shipping plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating the FBA inbound shipping plan is included in our standard service at no extra charge. We manage the entire process including generating the plan, printing box labels, and booking the carrier.

Can you handle hazmat products?

Accepted Answer

We can handle some hazmat products subject to prior approval. Please contact us with your product details (MSDS sheet, ASIN) before sending any potentially hazmat inventory.

What do you do with products that fail your quality check?

Failed units are quarantined, photographed, and a report sent to you within 24 hours. You decide the next step: return to supplier, dispose, or process as damaged.

We can handle oversize inventory up to certain dimensions and weights. Contact us with your product specs and we'll confirm suitability and any price adjustments.

Yes. We can bundle 2 or more items into a single Amazon listing unit, applying bundle labels and sealing. Pricing starts at +£0.18 for 2-item bundles.

No. All prices shown are exclusive of 20% VAT. VAT will be added to all invoices.

What happens if my volume changes month to month?

Your pricing tier adjusts automatically based on your actual monthly volume. If you send 800 units one month and 1,200 the next, each month is billed at the appropriate tier.

Can my supplier ship directly to your facility?

Yes — this is the most popular way our clients work with us. Share our address with your UK, EU or Chinese supplier and they ship directly to us.

Do you accept international shipments?

We accept deliveries from UK, EU, USA, and China. International shipments must clear UK customs before delivery to us. We can advise on import procedures.

What carriers do you use for dispatching to Amazon?

We use UPS, Royal Mail, DPD and Evri for dispatching to Amazon FCs. We select the most cost-effective option and our rates are typically better than you'd get individually.

Our team is trained to Amazon's current prep guidelines and we update our processes whenever Amazon releases new requirements. Every unit is verified before it leaves our facility.

What happens if Amazon rejects a shipment due to a prep error?

In the unlikely event of rejection due to our error, we'll remediate at no charge and cover reasonable Amazon fees associated with the rejection.
