PrepExpress was founded because we lived the pain of FBA prep ourselves. We knew there had to be a better way.
Our Story
PrepExpress was founded in 2021 by a team of experienced Amazon sellers who were spending 30+ hours a week prepping inventory themselves. Between renting warehouse space, hiring temporary staff, and managing the chaos of peak season, prep was stealing time that should have been spent on sourcing, listings, and growing the business.
After failing to find a UK prep centre that combined fast turnaround, accurate prep, and transparent pricing, we decided to build one. We invested in a Horsham facility, hired a dedicated prep team, and built our own dashboard — designed by sellers, for sellers.
Today PrepExpress handles units for sellers across the UK, Europe, USA, and beyond. We're still Amazon sellers ourselves — which means we understand your urgency, your standards, and your bottom line.
Our Facility
We operate a secure, CCTV-monitored facility near Horsham, West Sussex, with dedicated space for receiving, prepping, and dispatching Amazon FBA shipments. We're a small, hands-on team — every shipment is handled personally, not lost in a large warehouse operation. Our size is our advantage: you get direct communication and careful handling at every step.
