We Receive & Inspect
Every unit is received, photographed, and inspected. We grade each unit: New (sellable), Used (sellable), Damaged (unsellable) or Missing (discrepancy reported).
Recover What You Can
Sellable New and Used units are re-labelled, repackaged where needed, and returned to FBA or held in storage for your next shipment. A recovery report is sent to you.
Dispose of the Rest
Unsellable units are handled according to your instruction: disposed of responsibly, donated, or held for you to arrange collection.
